叉車輪胎在使用中的非正常磨損一般有六種情況:一是胎冠中部超常磨損;二是胎冠兩肩超常磨損;三是轉向輪的胎冠內側(或外側)超常偏磨損;四是胎冠呈鋸齒狀磨損;六是胎冠局部磨損。主要表現為胎面磨損不均勻、簾布層之間脫層、簾線松散和折斷及由此引起的胎體破裂。

There are six kinds of abnormal wear of fork-lift tire in use: abnormal wear in the middle of crown; abnormal wear in the shoulders of crown; abnormal abnormal abrasion in the inner (or outer) crown of steering wheel; serrated abrasion in the crown; and local abrasion in the crown. The abnormal wear of tire increases with the decrease of tire performance, resulting in loose cord, breakage and carcass rupture.
