  叉車修理淺談叉車發動機冒煙反常的原因 1、排氣冒黑煙:

  (1) 柴油機負荷超過規則 降低負荷使之在規則的規模內

  (2) 各缸供油量不均勻 調整噴油泵
  (2) Non-uniform adjustment of fuel supply for each cylinder
  (3)氣門空隙不正確、氣門密封不良,導致氣門漏氣,焚燒惡化 調整氣門空隙,檢查密封錐面,并消除缺點

  (4) 噴油提前角太小,噴油太遲使部分燃油在排氣管中焚燒

  2、 排氣帽白煙

  (1) 噴油器噴油霧化不良,有滴油現象,噴油壓力過低 檢查油嘴偶件,進行修磨或替換。重調噴油壓力至規則規模。
  (1) Injector fuel atomization is not good, there is dropping phenomenon, injection pressure is too low to check the nozzle coupling, for grinding or replacement. Re-adjust injection pressure to regular scale.
  (2) 柴油機剛啟動時,單個氣缸內不焚燒(特別是冬天) 恰當進步轉速及負荷,多工作一些時間。

  3、 排氣冒藍煙:

  (1) 空氣濾清器堵塞,進氣不暢或其機油盤內機油過多(油浴式空濾器)
  (1) Blocked air filter, poor air intake or excessive oil in oil pan (oil bath air filter)
  拆檢和清理空氣濾清器,削減機油至規則平面
  Remove and clean air filters, reduce oil to regular level
  (2) 活塞環卡住或磨損過多,彈性不足,安裝時活塞環倒角方向裝反,使機油進入焚燒室
  (2) The piston ring is stuck or worn too much, and its elasticity is insufficient. When installed, the piston ring is reversed in the chamfering direction, so that the oil enters the incineration chamber.
  拆檢活塞環,必要時替換
  Remove and replace piston rings if necessary
  (3) 長時間低負荷(標定功率的40%以下)工作,活塞與缸套之間空隙較大,使機油易竄入焚燒室
  (3) Long time and low load (less than 40% of the calibrated power) work, and large gap between piston and cylinder liner, which makes oil easy to enter the incineration chamber.
  恰當進步負荷;配套時選用功率要恰當

  (4) 油底殼內機油加入過多 按機油標尺刻線加注機油。
  (4) Too much oil is added into the oil pan to add oil according to the oil scale.
  4、 排氣中有水分凝結現象:氣缸蓋裂縫,使冷卻液進入氣缸 替換氣缸蓋。
  4. There is water condensation in the exhaust: cracks in the cylinder head cause the coolant to enter the cylinder to replace the cylinder head.
