  水溫高有許多原因:控溫開關、泵、子扇、水管銹了、回水不好等要素都會引起這樣的結現象。發動機水溫的凹凸主要是和節溫器是否正常作業、水泵能否建立滿足的壓力、冷卻電扇能否達到標準轉速有關。那怎么來查看叉車水溫不正常呢?冷卻系統一般由冷卻電扇、散熱器、節溫器等元件構成。冷卻電扇往往由發動機直接帶動,而且電扇轉速與發動機轉速一致。冷卻水溫的控制主要依托節溫器。

  節溫器又稱調溫器,功用是根據冷卻水溫度的凹凸主動調理進入散熱器的水量,改動水的循環范圍,以調理冷卻系的散熱能力,確保發動機在適宜的溫度范圍內作業。節溫器有必要堅持杰出的技能狀況,否則會嚴峻影響發動機的正常作業。如節溫器主閥門敞開過遲,就會引起發動機過熱;主閥門敞開過早,則使發動機預熱時刻延長,使發動機溫度過低。此時可判斷節溫器的作業狀況是否杰出,當發動機開端冷車運轉時,水箱的上水室進水管處如還有冷卻水流出,則闡明節溫器的主閥門不能封閉;當發動機冷卻水溫度超越70攝氏度時,水箱的上水室進水管處無冷卻水流出,則闡明節溫器主閥門不能正常敞開,這時就需求進行修理。

  一、發動機起動后的查看:打開散熱器加水口蓋,若散熱器內冷卻水平靜,則標明節溫器作業正常,否則,則標明節溫器作業失常。
  1. View after engine starting: Open the radiator nozzle cover, if the cooling level is still, it indicates that the thermostat works normally, otherwise, it indicates that the thermostat works abnormally.
  二、這是因為,在水溫低于70℃時,節溫器脹大筒處于縮短狀況,主閥門封閉;當水溫高于80℃時,脹大筒脹大,主閥門漸漸打開,散熱器內循環水開端流動。

  三、當水溫表指示70℃以下時,散熱器進水管處若有水流動,水溫溫熱,則表時節溫器主閥門封閉不嚴,使冷卻水過早大循環。

  四、水溫升高后的查看:發動機作業初期,水溫上千很快;當水溫表指示80后,升溫速度減慢,則標明節溫器作業正常。反之,若水溫一直升高很快,當內壓達到必定程度時,沸水俄然溢出,則標明主閥門有卡滯,俄然打開。

  五、在水溫表指示70℃-80℃時,打開散熱器蓋和散熱器放水開關,用手感其水溫,若均棘手闡明節溫器作業正常;若散熱器加水口處水溫低,且散熱器上水室進水管處無水流出或流水甚微,闡明節溫器主閥門無法打開。
  5. Open the radiator cover and the radiator drain switch when the water thermometer indicates 70-80 C, and feel the water temperature with your hands. If it is difficult to clarify that the thermostat works normally, if the water temperature at the radiator feeding nozzle is low, and there is no water flow or little water flow at the intake pipe of the radiator upper chamber, it is clarified that the main valve of the thermostat cannot be opened.
  水泵是冷卻水在冷卻系統中不斷循環的動力,影響水泵的要素有葉輪和皮帶,葉輪松動冷卻水就無法循環,導致水泵受損。皮帶過大,導致水溫過高,太小則會對水泵軸承、發電機軸承造成損害。

  電扇風量的檢測:可將一薄紙放于散熱器前面,當發動機運轉時,若紙能被吹開,則闡明風量滿足。這和前置發動機的轎車電扇向內吸風有差異。葉片不能裝反,并應確保電扇放護罩完全有效。

  散熱器方面,叉車的底盤較低,散熱器置于車輛的尾部。粉塵很簡單在散熱器外表堆積,如果不及時清洗,就會嚴峻影響散熱效果。冷卻水嚴禁運用“硬水”,以防止散熱器中產生水垢,導致冷卻水增加缺乏。
