(1) 增加齿轮泵出口至单稳分流阀管路的通径,由φ18mm加大到φ25mm,使油流在管内的流出速度由原来的10.3m/s降至5.3m/s,大大减少了油液流经管路时的压力损失,同时降低了振动和噪声。

  (1) Increase the diameter of gear pump outlet to monostable distributor valve pipeline from 18 mm to 25 mm, so that the oil flow velocity in the pipeline decreases from 10.3 m/s to 5.3 m/s, which greatly reduces the pressure loss of oil flow through the pipeline, and reduces the vibration and noise.
  (2)在不改变车架整体结构的同时,将蓄电池箱向前移动,省出的空间用于增加油箱的容积,油箱的容量由原来的100L加大到150L:另一方面改变油箱的进出油口之间距离,由原来的300mm增加到800mm,确保了油液在油箱内能够得到充分的循环,不仅增加了油箱的散热面积,而且也改善了油箱的散热效果。

  (3) 将变矩器油散热器改作液压油散热器,设置在转向器回油油路中,其安装位置不变,由发动机风扇强制冷却。变矩器的散热采用安徽省凤阳水箱厂生产的油水合一散热器与发动机共同使用,安装在液压油散热器后面,位置与改动前一致;其水箱散热面积为22.5m2,油散热面积为6m2,确保发动机及变矩器油液的散热效果。
  (3) The oil radiator of the torque converter is replaced by a hydraulic oil radiator, which is installed in the oil return circuit of the steering gear. The installation position of the oil radiator remains unchanged and is forced to be cooled by the engine fan. The heat dissipation of the converter adopts the oil-water radiator produced by Fengyang Water Tank Factory in Anhui Province, which is installed behind the hydraulic oil radiator and is in the same position as before. The heat dissipation area of the water tank is 22.5m2 and the oil radiation area is 6m2, which ensures the heat dissipation effect of the engine and the oil of the converter.

  (4)改变转向液压缸的结构,采用QT40—10球墨铸铁导向套支承替代原导向套内的尼龙支承环,另增加一个斯特封密封件,同时将活塞支承环宽度由34mm改为28mm。

  改进后对系统进行检测,(1)首先对改进后的转向液压缸进行单元试验,把改进后的转向液压缸装在叉车转向桥体上将油液逐渐强制加热至120℃以上,此时转向液压缸工作正常•●、无异响现象;(2)对整机液压系统压力损失进行测试,在无载工况下齿轮泵出口压力由原来的2.0MPa降至1.5MPa,减少了液压系统的阻力损失和发热;(3)对整机按照平衡重式叉车整机实验方法JB/T3300—1992标准进行整机热平衡试验,整机运行1h 42min后液压油在接近90Y时趋于平衡,且发动机水温及变矩器油温均在正常工作温度范围内。

After running for 1 hour and 42 minutes, the hydraulic oil tends to balance when approaching 90Y, and the water temperature of the engine and the oil temperature of the torque converter are within the normal working temperature range.
